ESPN Audio to Present Multi-Platform Coverage of AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic
ESPN Deportes Radio to Produce First Spanish Broadcast of the Classic
October 18, 2012 – ESPN Audio and the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association announced a new two-year agreement today making ESPN Audio the official national radio home of the AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic.
ESPN Audio will broadcast the 2013 AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic, which matches the Big 12 against the Southeastern Conference, on Friday, Jan. 4. The agreement also provides ESPN rights for all forms of audio, as well as ESPN Deportes Radio which will present the first Spanish broadcast of the Classic.
“We’re proud to add the tradition-rich AT&T Cotton Bowl to ESPN Audio’s already comprehensive line-up college football play-by-play events which includes 24 Bowls and 33 regular-season games this season,” said Traug Keller, ESPN Senior Vice President, Production, Business Divisions. “We envision ESPN Audio’s presentation of the event across our varied platforms adding to the game’s national prominence.”

We couldn’t be more thrilled.”
The 2013 Classic at Cowboys Stadium is scheduled to kick off at 8 p.m. ET. Brad Sham, the voice of the AT&T Cotton Bowl and Dallas Cowboys, will continue to call play-by-play.
